I see a lot of people writing how great their service is. But frankly pre-filled documents I fill-in myself and at least then I don't have to pay close to 2000 Swiss francs for an incompetent lawyer who is out of office for 6 days even though I purchased the most expensive plan with 24 hour initial processing. I am disappointed Startups.ch, you failed us as customer when we most needed it. I wish I could rewind and never use their service. Maybe I can at least get a refund ...

HIGHLY recommend using startups.ch if you are thinking about creating your own company. Not only did they save us the headache of acquiring all forms and paperwork, but their team was on-call for us after our company was founded, to answer questions, research on our behalf, and give us sage advice about next steps. What a great experience we had! Would do it all again with them if we had to!

Aller directement chez le notaire me coûte 400.- de moins pour la modification des statuts de ma société... Offre du notaire à 600.- avec émoluments du RC tout compris, contre 750.- 250.- d'émoluments chez startups.ch. L'offre comprenait la modification de l'adresse, du but (statuts compris), changement de personnes et vente de parts. Alors il est vrai que c'est pas cher de créer la société avec eux par contre si vous avez des modifications à faire au RC les prix son aberrants.
